We can package all types of galenic in custom forms, for example jars, bottles, tubes and pumps.

And you can choose your containers’ material (glass. PET, PP…) and volume.

Pôle Cosmétique is equipped with a selection of filling devices which can accommodate all kinds of forms and volumes so that your products can be personalised down to the smallest detail.

• Two semi-automatic piston fillers can be used to fill products up to 10 ml and 1 L.
• A fully automated filling and sealing machine can be used to fill tubes of different diameters (capacity of 50 tubes/minute or 3,000/hour).

Once packaged, products are identified with a marking system which allows for perfect traceability.

We also have a labelling machine and a cellophane wrapping machine so that your finished products can be delivered ready for sale.

Our automatic labelling machine has a double head and an ultrasonic cell for the detection of transparent labels.
Lastly, our automatic cellophane wrapping machine can provide a neat and careful finish to the packaging process.
