Pôle Cosmétique is a cosmetic formulations laboratory with numerous capabilities. Our team of experts can formulate all types of skincare, body care and sun care products up to SPF 50+ as well as personal hygiene, dental, and hair care products in the form of creams, milks, lotions, serums, balms, shampoos, conditioners, shower gels, toothpastes and sprays, etc. Thanks to our expertise, the products made at our cosmetics laboratory are of the highest quality while also being effective, sensory, innovative, and fully compliant with your specifications. We use carefully selected and high-quality raw materials and are able to meet specific geographical requirements. Objective tests and studies have proven the efficacy of our active ingredients (anti-ageing, moisturizing, firming, draining, anti-redness, anti-pollution, whitening, etc.), which will help you promote your products and ensure your users’ satisfaction.
Pôle Cosmétique is also an expert in beauty treatment fragrances. Natural or synthetic, with or without alcohol, light, fruity, gourmand, floral…our partnerships with the best perfumers in Grasse will allow you to choose the ideal fragrance from a very large selection. We are also able to create exclusive and fully personalised scents.
Committed to ECOCERT, we additionally offer cosmetic product formulations that are certified organic (COSMOS) and we have extensive experience in cosmetic formulations which incorporate raw materials of natural origin (plant extracts, oils and perfumes) in accordance with the ISO16128 standard.
Cosmetics Regulations
Pôle Cosmétique offers a number of services relating to cosmetics regulation: Advice and support, mandatory procedures and training.
We handle all regulatory procedures concerning your products to ensure their compliance before market entry. Our team of regulatory consultants and toxicologists will take care of your regulatory obligations: registration with the CPNP, creation of the PIF (Product Information File), completion of all of the various tests required depending on your project (patch tests, challenge tests, clinical tests, use tests, efficacy tests, SPF tests, HET-Cam tests, product safety assessments, etc.), fulfil the mandatory procedures for the import/export of your cosmetic products outside the EU, and also enable you to obtain the various different organic certification labels.
Additionally, Pôle Cosmétique can act as the Responsible Person (RP) and thus take charge of launching your cosmetic products.
We also offer a range of training courses should you later wish to become more autonomous.
Finally, in order to always be up to date with the latest news so we can provide the best and most reliable services, Pôle Cosmétique is constantly monitoring industry regulations (international, microbiology, toxicology, organic and natural origin product regulations, controversial ingredients, mandatory labelling, etc.)
Cosmetics manufacture
Pôle Cosmétique is also a cosmetics production site specialising in contract manufacturing. We can manufacture your entire product range thanks to our new factory which we opened in 2019.
Our triple agitation vacuum tanks are designed to produce every type of skincare product (creams, milks, lotions, scrubs, gels, serums, etc.), hair care product (shampoos, conditioners, masks, smoothing treatments, etc.), personal hygiene product, dental care product, as well as organic cosmetics products.
Our production unit is capable of producing series ranging from 10kg pilots to 1 tonne batches in full compliance with hygiene standards in accordance with the GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) and the ISO 22716 standard.
Our “Quality Control” department and advanced technology ensure high precision and the approval of every step in the production of your cosmetic products: from manufacturing to delivery.

Our various personalised packing lines, chains and pumps allow for precision when transferring your liquid products (oils, lotions), semi-viscous products (shampoos, milks, shower gels etc.), and viscous products (creams, toothpastes, balms etc.) into a multitude of standard and personalised containers: jars, tubes, capsules, airless systems, unidoses, syringes (from 5ml to 1L), etc.
Pôle Cosmétique can also take care of your products’ outer packing: wrapping, blister packs, bundling, labelling, traceability, boxing, shrink wrapping, case packing, palletising, etc.

EMUAGE is a mini cosmetics laboratory for the home. It can make all types of cosmetic product not only for the face and body, but also for personal hygiene, dental care, and hair care, using demineralised water and encapsulated raw materials. EMUAGE capsules are recyclable and recycled because they’re created from collected ocean plastic. They contain the raw materials needed to make the cosmetic products. First, choose a galenic (cream, milk, lotion, shampoo, shower gel, etc…), then your active ingredients (for anti-ageing, firming, illuminating, smoothing, moisturising, etc.), and finally your 100% natural and original fragrance. Insert the capsules, start the program, and in 3 to 10 minutes, you’ll be the owner of a fresh, high-end, and personalized cosmetic product in a reusable airless bottle. Commercial launch: 2021
