FORMULATION
- Our laboratory formulates your products and sends you a first batch of samples.
- You test the samples and share any potential observations you may have with us regarding the product’s texture, scent, and effectiveness.
- We make the necessary adjustments and send you a new set of samples for approval.
REGULATIONS
- Once the product’s formula has been determined, we can carry out a number of product preservation and safety tests, in particular the challenge test (effectiveness of the preservative system), the stability test (longevity), and the patch test (skin irritation).
- We then create the regulatory files (cosmetic file or Product information file (PIF)).
- The certification process for certified organic products can potentially take place in parallel.
GRAPHIC DESIGN
- As per your specifications, we’ll create the visuals for your labels, the serigraphy, and card boxes, depending on the options you’ve chosen for your packaging.
- All required label information will be included in line with the regulations.
MANUFACTURING
- We order your raw materials and packaging components and then
- manufacture your bulk product.
- As the last step in the process, your product is then transferred into its final packaging.
