COSMETICS CONTRACT MANUFACTURING AND PACKAGING
Pôle Cosmétique specialises in contract manufacturing for cosmetics. Our production site is equipped for small series (50kg/500 bottles) as well as for larger ones (> 1 ton/> 10,000 bottles) in full compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) hygiene and quality standards.
Our production tanks make it possible to manufacture all types of skincare products (face creams, body lotions, lotions, scrubs, etc.), hair care products (shampoos, conditioners, masks, smoothing products, etc.) and other cosmetic products (personal hygiene, dental care, mascara, etc). Our advanced technology offers precise control of the entire manufacturing process: electric or steam heating, double jacketed cooling, controlled atmosphere/vacuum manufacturing, a triple coaxial stirring system for complex emulsions (central propeller stirrer, scraper, rotor/stator), fat melter, etc.
A 5 to 13 kg pilot batch proportional to our manufacturing vats enables optimal transition between the formulation stage in the laboratory and the industrial manufacture of your products.
Our different packaging pumps can transfer liquid products (oils, lotions), semi-viscous products (shampoos, milks), and viscous products (creams, toothpastes) into most containers (jars, pump bottles, airless bottles, etc. from 5mL to 1L).
But Pôle Cosmétique doesn’t stop there – we also coordinate the subcontracting of all operations required to deliver the product in its final packaging under your brand: batching, labelling, packaging, shrink-wrapping, boxing, and palletisation.
